How long will delivery take?
Dependent on your location, delivery should take no longer than 1-5 Business days. Please see below for more accurate shipping times. Please note: These times are for orders received before 12pm.
For North Island Deliveries: 1 – 5 Business Days
For North Island Rural Deliveries: 2 – 5 Business Days
For South Island Deliveries: 1 – 5 Business Days
For South Island Rural Deliveries: 2 – 5 Business Days
* If you place your order on a weekend or Public Holiday then your order will be shipped on the Next Business Day.
Please Note: These delivery times are used as guidelines only and are in no way guaranteed by Modern Bags. We do not accept blame for late delivery by our Courier Companies. We endeavor to abide by these shipping times, however if for some reason out of our control, your order takes a little longer, we will do our best to advise you of this.
What if I need my order urgently?
Please contact us on #0800 764 646 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavor to do whatever we can to help. We can use same day & overnight courier companies if need be. Please let us know how we can be of assistance.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse and offices are located in East Auckland.
What are charges for each City / Town in New Zealand?
Modern Bags offer free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $100. For all orders under $100 there is a $10 delivery fee no matter where you live in New Zealand.
Unfortunately we do not sell to customers outside of New Zealand & we do not ship to them either. If you are in Australia please check out www.modernbags.com.au.
How do I track my shipping?
You can contact us via phone or email for your tracking number or we can track your order for you.
Change Shipping Address?
Once your order has been processed then unfortunately you cannot change your shipping address. It will be your responsibility to collect your item or pay re-delivery charges. Please make sure to take the time when entering your delivery details on the order screen.
Do I need to be at home to accept my order?
No, most of our deliveries will require a signature unless you state that our couriers can leave your parcel hidden at your front door or at another safe location on your property. You may choose to get your parcel delivered to work, which might be easier/safer.
Can I pick up my case?
Sure, you can collect your case from us. Please let us know beforehand that you would like to collect your case and we will arrange this for you.
